A weak moment

I was talking to Seth on the IM today and happened to mention that he would be home in a week. I said......”Wow, that sounds good, doesn’t it?” He agreed, of course, but after I said that, I started to tear up. I don’t know what happened. It was totally unexpected and happened at work, of all places. It’s kind of hard to explain to the mailman or the UPS guy why I have tears in my eyes. It's not the first time it's happened, though...and I'm sure it won’t be the last. But, you know what? I don’t care. We’re only a few months into this deployment, and it’s just going to happen sometimes, that's all there is to it. I try to be strong, but I have weak moments......but that's okay.

Happy Valentines Day, boys......I love you all!!!

I agree, it's ok to cry. I cry so much that I have just stopped apologizing to everyone, my daughter does it for me know.

Congrats on seeing him in a week.

Soooo exciting! R&R is just awesome! And I have cried more this whole year than the combined 15 years before it. It's normal.
